How do I sign in to this site?
To sign in to your customer account, click Log In on the menu bar and enter your e-mail address and password. If you do not have an account, please click Login on the menu bar and then proceed with the New User Registration.

How do I sign out of this site?
To sign out of your customer account, click Log Out on the top menu bar and you will return to the Login page. If Log Out does not appear on the top menu bar, then you are not currently signed in to the site.

What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click Login on the menu bar to access the Login screen. Below the login area, click on the Forgot Password? link. On the password retrieval page, you may enter your e-mail address, and then click Retrieve Password. We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.

How do I become a registered user for this site?
To become a registered member of this site, click Login on the menu bar and then proceed with the New User Registration to create your account.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click Add to Cart.

To remove a single item from your shopping cart, click the Delete button next to the item you wish to remove.

Is my credit card information secure through this site?
YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. If the online store accepts credit cards, rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

Can I update my account contact information?
To update your contact information you must first Login. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information. Click the Update Profile link on the right side under Account Info. Make your changes and then click Update Account Profile.

To update your e-mail address and password you must first Login. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information Click the Update Profile link on the right side under Account Info. Make your changes and then click Update Account Profile.

Can I view my previous orders placed on this site?
To view your order history you must first Login. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information. On the My Account page, all of your orders will be listed here. Select the order number for the order you wish to view.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your online order will be acknowledged on the first business day after your order is placed. Your order will usually ship within 2 weeks of your order acknowledgement. Your actual Ship date may vary based on our order backlog and your delivery date will vary based on transit time from York, PA. Wholesale orders may also take additional time to fulfill depending on the size of the order.

All orders are packaged securely in appropriate cardboard cartons and shipped from York, PA by UPS Ground. Please call if you require expedited shipping or an alternate carrier.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped. Your final invoiced amount will be the total of the quoted piece price times the quantity shipped, plus shipping and handling fees.

How can I verify that my online order was placed?
You will receive an email immediately that your order was received by our system. On the next business day, you will receive a second email confirming our acceptance of your order. You will receive a third email notifying you when your order was shipped and the exact charges to your credit card. How can I verify when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped and the exact charges to your credit card. The UPS tracking number will be included in the e-mail so you can track your package online at UPS.com.
